Haulio is a marketplace, not the carrier
Transport operators remain responsible for their vehicles, drivers, permits, cargo acceptance and insurance arrangements. Haulio does not provide cargo insurance and does not take custody of payments — you arrange payment directly with the operator.
Haulio does not employ drivers, own vehicles or arrange insurance. You keep full control of which loads you accept, what you charge and how the job is run. Payment is settled directly between you and the customer.
